April 10, 2006

GUNS N' ROSES bassist Tommy Stinson is featured on several songs on the long-awaited new studio album from SOUL ASYLUM, "The Silver Lining", due July 11 via Legacy. Stinson plays bass on two tracks ("Bus Named Desire" and "Oxygen") and sings on four, according to Billboard.com.

Stinson is expected to join SOUL ASYLUM on a spring tour, which begins April 12 in Minneapolis. However, he will reportedly take time out to play the GUNS N' ROSES European dates, which are currently scheduled to run from late May through early July.
